Entertaining and informative groups are given measuring cylinders and half an hour to create their favourite blend. These are then collated and poured to the groups, so they can be blind-tasted and judged by everyone involved – with an ultimate winner appointed on the day. If you really love your blend, you may purchase a dozen bottles of your wine with your own personalised label – delivered to you the following week.
